When you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email, topic and message.

When you book a call, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector collects the details needed to arrange the meeting, such as your name, email address, chosen time, timezone and any answers you provide in the booking form. The embedded calendar may also receive standard usage and device data and use cookies needed to operate its service.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It sets cookies and collects standard usage data, such as the pages you view, how you got here, your approximate location, and general device and browser details.

On our dedicated service landing pages and funnels, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, service area and answers to enquiry or booking questions. These forms and bookings use GoHighLevel (also called HighLevel or LeadConnector). Our CRM also records appointment details, contact preferences, enquiry history and information about how you reached the funnel, such as referral or campaign details when available.

We use enquiry details to write back, booking details to schedule and manage your call, and analytics data to understand whether the website is useful.

We use funnel enquiries to respond to your request, assess whether our services suit your business, check service-area availability, arrange calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up on the services you asked about. Follow-up may include phone calls, SMS and email, with some messages sent automatically. Where you have agreed to receive marketing, we may also send relevant service information and offers. You can unsubscribe using an email unsubscribe link, reply STOP to an SMS, or contact hello@jblabs.com.au. Your contact preferences are recorded in our CRM.

Messages are delivered to the founder's inbox by Resend, our transactional email provider, and stored there like any other email. The site itself runs on Vercel.

Bookings are processed by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and the connected calendar service so the meeting can be scheduled and managed. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector may process data outside Australia and describes its handling, cookies, subprocessors and retention at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

We don't sell or rent your enquiry or booking information.

Our funnel pages, forms, bookings, contact records and sales pipeline use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. It and its service providers process information to host these pages, manage enquiries and appointments, and deliver email and SMS. Booking details may also be shared with our connected Google Calendar. These providers may process information outside Australia. Information about HighLevel's handling is available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy. We use Wistia to host embedded videos on funnel pages; it may receive device, browser, IP address and video-interaction information when the player loads or you watch a video. Its privacy information is available at wistia.com/privacy.

We keep enquiry and booking information in our inbox and calendar until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer relevant to an active enquiry or engagement. GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and connected providers keep their own service records under their policies and legal obligations.

Funnel enquiry, appointment and communication records are also held in our CRM while needed to respond to your enquiry, manage an engagement or meet applicable record-keeping obligations. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the minimum information needed to honour that preference and avoid contacting you again. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of these records.

We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to measure traffic and see which pages are useful. Google sets cookies on your device and processes this data on our behalf. You can read how Google handles it at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also advertise with Google Ads. The same Google tag lets us see when one of our ads led to an enquiry. We only ever see this as aggregate results, not as a way to identify you personally.

The embedded GoHighLevel/LeadConnector calendar loads third-party content and may use session, preference, security or related cookies to provide the booking service. We do not forward arbitrary page query parameters into the booking calendar.

If you'd rather not be measured by Google Analytics, you can use your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out browser add-on. You can still contact us by email if you prefer not to use the embedded booking service.

We use the Meta Pixel on our website and service funnels to measure visits and completed enquiries or bookings, understand the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising, and build advertising audiences. Meta may receive page URLs, event details, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or advertising identifiers, and may associate this activity with your Meta account. For our HighLevel service funnels, we also use Meta Conversions API to send website, enquiry and booking event information from HighLevel to Meta. This may include matching identifiers such as hashed email addresses and phone numbers, browser or click identifiers, IP address and browser information. Hashing helps match events and does not make this information anonymous. We do not send the text of your enquiry through these tracking integrations. Meta may process this information outside Australia under its privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and control cookies using your browser settings or blocking tools.

Our HighLevel forms and booking widgets, and Wistia video players, load third-party content that may use cookies or similar technology for functionality and usage measurement. Campaign and referral information helps us understand which enquiries come from our marketing. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@jblabs.com.au and we'll sort it.
