Do you guarantee bookings or jobs?
No. Results depend on your market, offer, budget, capacity and how enquiries are handled. We track enquiries and bookings, review what’s working and keep improving the system.
Do you work with businesses outside Darwin?
Yes. We service Australia-wide. JB LABS is based in Darwin, and we work remotely with home service businesses wherever they’re based in Australia.

I'm Jerry and I run JB LABS. When you spend your day on the tools or looking after customers, marketing and follow-up can end up taking over your evenings.
I help home service businesses bring in more enquiries and get a better handle on what happens next. We work on the offer, build the ads and creative, and connect the lead capture, follow-up and booking process. The goal is to grow your business without giving it every spare hour.
You’ll work directly with me. I’m based in Darwin and work with businesses across Australia. If you’re local, I’m always happy to catch up over a coffee.
